Elder-at-the-Fire

Elder-at-the-Fire (EAF) is a metaphor for a type of leader who apprentices others to a life of Missional Generativity.  The EAF is an essential, critical catalyst to help the Church further God's Kingdom through rapid cultural shifts and chaotic times. 

Missional Generativity, is intrinsic to the role of Elder-at-the-Fire and important for carrying forward God’s mission, specifically in the calling and development of disciples. Missional Generativity applies generative principles in a missional way.   

Missiogenepic, coined by Dr. Joey Wiley-Harlow, is the narrative that brings significance to Missional Generativity.  The missiogenepic story is the overarching story of Missional Generativity.
